From Warehouse to Port

The four steps every shipment goes through.

PackingPowder is packed in 25 kg bags or jumbo bags; liquid grades in flexitanks.
PalletizingBags are stacked on pallets and secured for handling and transport.
StorageFinished goods are kept in a covered, dry warehouse until dispatch.
LoadingCargo is loaded and checked at the loading bay before the container is sealed.

Step 1

Bagging

Powder is filled into 25 kg bags at the bagging station, sewn closed and labeled with product name and weight.

Step 2

Palletizing & Storage

Bagged product is palletized and stored in the finished-goods warehouse, ready for dispatch.

Step 3

Export Pallets & Bulk Bags

Strapped pallets and jumbo bags are kept in covered storage until the shipment is scheduled.

Step 4

Handling & Loading

Flexitanks & IBC Totes

Liquid lignosulfonate is pumped from storage tanks into container flexitanks at the loading station; IBC totes are used for smaller volumes.
