Lignosulfonate manufacture process

1.Pulping

This is the first step ,with purpose to separate cellulose from lignin and others.thus lignin is become the form of water soluble and insoluble lignin is get rid off.
Raw material wood chips,sulfite like calcium sulfite,sodium sulfite and so on.Put them into digester vessel to start pulping process under steam pressure.

2.Filtering the insoluble cellulose and others.

3.Evaporation and chemical process.This step is to separate sugar product.

4.Spray dry

5.Packing.
