Sodium lignosulfonate grade three

Sodium lignosulphonate

Sodium  lignosulphonate is mainly extracted from wood pulping and straw pulping. Most of Chinese manufacturer are using by products from paper factory.

For paper factory they are using straw treated by NaOH to separate the cellulose for making papers then the rest is lignin and crude cellulose and sugar. Then they treated by sodium sulfite to regulate the pH to reach a 7-9 level.

After sometime of reaction they will use condensing machine to condense it into solid content around 45% ,then spray dry it into powder.

Most Chinese source of lignosulfonate are very hygrosicopy because of sugar content is higher.Due to this property they are using as binder for many industries. Also they are used for feed additives for poultry.
