The application of lignosulphonate in pesticide sustained-release

Lignosulphonate having inhibitory properties of release agent, using the network structure of lignosulphonate, can easily make the insecticides, herbicides, biocides, introduced by physical or chemical means to the lignosulphonate structure into granules. Pesticide ingredients from preparation matrix spread to the surface gradually, play the role of sustained release.

Garrido-Herrera use lignosulphonate respectively with herbicide isopropyl, imidacloprid, ciprofloxacin, ammonia lamictal in accordance with the mixing mass ratio of 1:1, 20 min and heating mixing under the molten state, and then cooling, drying, granulation, made with controlled release properties of pesticides. Research shows that: in any case, compared with the technology products, controlled particles of the active ingredient in release rate decreased obviously. among them, cyromazineCAS rneinecs release rate is higher than the release rate of isopropyl, than the release rate of imidacloprid fall in between.

Fernández-Pérez using the above method, make the grass susceptibility and oxazine grass with pine lignosulphonate such as quality than mixing separately. than mixed under the condition of 126 ℃, 206 ℃ heat 20 min respectively, Cooling, granulation, screening, made into different sizes of the controlled release granules, in order to reduce the harm of water. kinetics of release in water and soil show that: compared with the technology products, the release rate decreased obviously. the half-life value of active ingredients in the water has a linear relation with the particle size of controlled release agent. In addition, the half-life value in soil have a linear relationship with grain size. Fernández-Pérez in order to reduce the use of pesticide contamination in groundwater, using calcareous soil isoproturon to evaluat of  the imidacloprid and cyromazine controlled release formulations . the results showed that: In all cases, controlled-release formulation of pesticides release rate were reduced. liquidity results showed that: compared with other technology products, the use of controlled-release formulations reduce soil leaching liquid pesticide content significantly.
